It's a boy! Isaac Daniel James Garman 7 lbs 8.6ozs 21 in. long. He was born at 4:22 am Feb 20.
We came home this evening from the hospital. Isaac is doing well. He is a healthy eater which is great, but a bit painful. We love him. He looks a lot like his daddy (who is very proud of that fact). So here are a few pictures with I'm sure many to follow.

No baby yet. I went to the doctor yesterday, and he is looking at scheduling an induction for Sunday if we don't yet have a baby. I'm not completely sure how I feel about this whole thing. It would be nice to have the baby out, but I don't want to do anything that could cause risk just for conviniece. In my timing I would love to have him out here in a few days, but God has perfect timing and an induction has more risk of C section. So keep Dan and I in your prayers that God gives us wisdom in deciding what is best. Hopefully the baby will come before Sunday and we don't have to worry about it. That would be best.
We have been pretty busy lately. I think we are trying to squeeze everything in before the baby comes and we can't just up and go out. Tonight we are going out for Japanese! I'm really excited. Teppan Yaki is my favorite! Yummy. Dan is working hard. He is trying to finish a few projects before the baby. So much prep work. No wonder God gave us nine months. Well, I need to get a few things done myself. Toodles.

Well, I'm working hard to get this baby out. My friend Meghan and I went shopping and walking tonight and I was having several contractions, but not a whole lot came of it. Once we calmed down the contractions stopped. They have been coming and going since last night so hopefully that is a good sign. I think pretty much no matter what this baby will come when he is good and ready. Anyway, I just thought I would let everyone know where we were at.

I am becoming one ready mama these days. This baby is a bit heavy to carry around all the time. I'm 38 weeks on Monday so I still have two weeks til our due date. Patience is a virtue so I will work on it. :)
We have had a bit of rain and that means we have a lot of mud. Bayley thinks mud is great and we are constantly trying to keep mud outside and not on our furniture. Unfortunately it is taking a while to retrain the dogs that the couches are not their beds. It is however a work in progress.
Yesterday Dan and one of his buddies worked on the brakes on his car. It was nice that they were able to do it and save some money. Dan is trying to convince the baby to come on a weekend. I am trying to convince Dan that this kid will not go on our schedule. I think we are in for a shock once the baby is here. Well, I need to get moving and get to church. Bye.
