Who knew that some one so little would need so much stuff! Dan and I finished the baby registry yesterday at Babies R Us. It was fun, but holy cow there is a lot to get. Hopefully showers will help. Dan was very excited to register for a travel system he found. (That is a car seat/stroller in one) He saw a system with a jogging stroller and fell in love. the wheels allow you to go "off roading" with baby. (since we do so much of that.) He loves it though. It will be a good thing to have he was just so funny to watch. He played with it for like a half hour trying to figure out all the ways it works. He is so cute.
We picked out a nursery theme, but it was on clearance and there were very few left so we just bought it instead of registering. It is very cute! It is sage green and yellow and has teddy bears and bunnies. It is called hide and seek. We bought basically the whole set (what was left anyway.) It didn't have a mobile or any wall hanings, but I figured I could find something close to match. Baby shopping is fun. :) I'm excited for him to be here. We have a lot of prep work first though. I plan on doing some organizing in Josiah's closet today or tomorrow his Grandma Garman sent him a whole bunch of outfits I want to get sorted and hung up. I am trying to get a system so as we get things I can just put them away and it doesn't get overwhelming. Plus I enjoy organizing and planning. :) Well, I need to get some things done around the house so I better get going. Have a great day.
